Q. Why would I be missing a uniform if I turned it in?

A. There are a few reasons this could happen. If for some reason you do not receive them on the scheduled delivery, please check the following before calling your Customer Service Representative:

1. Did you turn in your soiled uniforms after your Gallagher Uniform Route Representative picked up the soil ones for the week?
2. Did you check the entire delivery bar? Perhaps they were re-arranged on the bar in error.
3. Did someone take your uniform by mistake?
4. Did you turn in all of your soiled garments or did you leave some at home?

A. As part of your uniform service Gallagher Uniform will take care of all of your uniform repairs. Simply fill out a Service Request Card that is located in the same area where you drop off your soiled garments. Please be sure to list the Bar Code Serial Number of the garments that need repair. Q. When my garment was replaced, why did I receive a used uniform?

A. As part of your companies rental program, previously worn garments are issued whenever available. You will find a majority of orders are filled with new. When garments are cancelled from the program they are inspected for quality. If they are in good quality condition we put them back into our stockroom to be used again in the future.

Q. When can I get my old uniforms replaced?

A. Gallagher Uniform will replace your garment at no charge when the garments life has expired. At that time the garment will show signs of becoming faded and thin. Generally, your uniforms should last between three and four years. During this time Gallagher inspects each garment every week for repairs and replacements. It is important for you to take good care of your uniforms.

Q. During the summer can I trade my long sleeves in for short sleeves?

A. Gallagher Uniform offers a seasonal shirt program. Please contact your Gallagher Customer Service Representative to find out if your company offers this program.

Generally, our customers offer more economical shirt options that include the choice of all long sleeves, all short sleeves, or a 50/50 split of both sleeves. Once you have made your choice of sleeves at the start of service, you may not change without incurring a size-change charge. We find most associates choose to go with all short sleeves so they are cooler in the summer and in winter they wear extra garments underneath the uniform shirt.

Q. Some of my uniforms don't fit like the others, why is this?

A. The garment manufacturing industry uses certain tolerances in their production process. By the very nature of sewing flexible material together they have established small variances in fit for same sized garments. You have probably found this to be the case when you try on different pants or jeans at a retail store. Therefore it is possible that you may find one garment that just doesn't fit the same. If this occurs Gallagher Uniform will gladly replace it for you. Just give the Bar Code Serial Number of the garment that's doesn't fit to your Gallagher Customer Service Rep and it will be replaced immediately.

Q. My shirts are stained can I get new ones?

A. Yes you can! Your garment program has been set up by your company with clear terms on what stained garments can be replaced and when. The age of the garment and the degree of the stain will be the determining factors. So if your garment meets these terms it will be replaced. Generally, we try not to replace any garment if it results in a damage charge to your company. If a garment is damaged beyond repair it will be replaced. Again, depending on the age of the garment there is a possible damage charge, so please take care to protect your garments.

Q. What do I do if I am late turning in my soiled uniforms and the driver has already picked them up for the week?

A. We have a couple options for you. If you miss the uniform pick up you can drop them off at Gallagher Uniform the same day, or you can wash your uniforms at home that week. If you drop your soil off at Gallagher after the delivery day we will do everything we can to return them on the next scheduled delivery. However, this is not guaranteed.
