Duties include general account payable and receivable activities. Associate is responsible for maintaining vendor information, generating and coding invoices, printing payable checks, maintaining customer account status, posting payments, interacting with customers & vendors on accounting issues, month end closing and other accounting activities.

Duties include network administration and maintenance and repairs of all computer-related devices at Gallagher. Associate is responsible for software installations and upgrades, monthly maintenance on workstations, troubleshooting and diagnosing computer problems, hardware installations and other computer related activities.

Duties include maintenance and repair of power laundry equipment and machinery. Associate is responsible for inspecting and repairing all laundry equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance, starting and stopping air compressors and electric motors at beginning and end of work periods, installation of machinery and equipment and other maintenance activities.

Duties for the Clean Garment Assembly position include putting away stock, order filling and order packing. Associate is responsible for sorting finished textiles according to customer identifications, type, size and color. Associate performs quality control checks by examining uniforms for proper pressing and for defects. Duties also include working from assembly ticket, to select and package identical laundered items for return to customer.

Duties include selling uniform rental service to new customers within an assigned geographic territory in South Central Michigan. Associate is responsible for maintaining and adding to sales database, securing appointments with prospects, cold calling, presentations, negotiating services, preparing proposals, and other sales related activities.

Duties include marketing Gallagher Uniform effectively to internal associates, existing customers and new prospects through various forms of media. Associate is responsible for developing & maintaining marketing budget, updating & maintaining website, publishing newsletters, reviewing advertising & sponsorship options, work as liaison with outside support companies and other marketing related activities.

Duties include providing service by resolving customer issues, writing new orders, visit and entertain customers, provide on-site service hours and special deliveries. Associate is responsible for calling on current customers to maintain open communication and solicit new business, sizes new and existing customers, receives and enters new work orders, rewrites service contracts, prepares pricing and quotations, resolves customer complaints, and other service related activities.
