At Gallagher Uniform we understand that communication is the key to keeping our relationships moving in the right direction. Here are some of the tools we use to communicate with YOU!
• We send out a Monthly Newsletters informing you of what has
been happening at Gallagher Uniform. Despite being around
since 1893, we continue to make service improvements on a
weekly basis.
• Your Route Service Representative will be at your account every
week to service your rental needs.
– Every RSR is equipped with a handheld computer, G-Trak on
the Go, so that they always have the details of your account
available should you have questions.
– New orders, cancels, size changes, replacements and repairs
can all be entered right on-site!
– Your RSR is always available to take your phone call or respond
to your email with their handheld computer, G-Trak on the Go!
• A dedicated Customer Service Representative will be assigned
specifically to your account.
– You will talk to the same person every time you call or email us!
– Your CSR will visit you on a routine basis to see how things
look and listen to your feedback.
– Customer Service Representatives will perform G-Reviews
on a predetermined schedule.
• Service Boards will be posted so we can communicate directly
with uniform wearers.
– Service Request Cards will be available for employees to fill
out should they need a repair made to their garment.
– An orientation form will be posted for new hires to learn how
the uniform program works.
– A communication flyer will display the name of your RSR and
CSR, their phone numbers and email addresses.
– Should there be a change in your delivery needed due to a
holiday, we’ll be sure to post a flyer announcing the change. |
