Is the customer happy, are they getting good value, are we handling their requests in a timely manner?

Every day we handle a variety of requests that we see as unique and special. Whether it be a simple size change, a special delivery or a complete program update we take great pride in paying close attention to every detail. We know full well that you have other options to consider when you choose a uniform vendor and we never take your business for granted. We understand that we need to earn your business every day!

These are exciting times in our service department. New accounts keep coming on board which is always invigorating. The information that is available to us now which allows us to troubleshoot any situation is awesome. Our route representatives are able to make changes while on route that take effect immediately, not when they get back to the plant. Our inspection process has been upgraded so that the results we get today are much better than in the past. Our team members continue to cross train with the end goal in mind being better customer service. These are all positive steps that allow us keep our 99% customer retention rate even in these challenging times.

information, easier to use
and destined to be saved in
your favorites! Last but not least, a new online direct sale order site that has our stockroom humming. Our direct embroidery equipment never gets a rest!
