It’s as simple as that! We return your products clean and on-time. Whatever you turn in one week will be delivered back the next, we promise! It sounds easy, yet for some reason, others struggle with this basic concept…so how do we do it?

  • All of our garments and mats are tracked with a bar code or an RFID chip – or both!

  • Products are scanned in when they arrive and scanned out before they leave.

  • We run an Over/Under Report to make sure we return everything we picked up.

  • Route Service Representatives carry handheld computers that tell them when they need
    to arrive at each customer location and what needs to be picked up and delivered.




We understand that you don’t want to have to study our invoices with a fine tooth comb to know what you are paying for…so we make sure our invoices are clean and to-the-point.

  • G-Trak On-the-Go allows us to email you your paperless invoice during delivery.

  • On G-Trak you can view an invoice that was just delivered or look at past invoices for any date
    range you choose.

  • Our invoices specify the size, inventory, charge quantity, unit price and the invoice amount for
    every product delivered… we even tell you the wash quantity!

  • There are no hidden charges, everything is clearly spelled out.




At each delivery location we post our Service Request Board so that we can communicate directly with our uniform wearers.

  • If an employee would like their garment repaired or replaced, all we need is the barcode number!

  • As soon as your Route Service Representative arrives for pick-up, they will flag the barcode
    number for attention with their handheld computer.

  • On the Service Request Board we also post an Orientation Form and a Communication Flyer
    so that our uniform wearers always know how to get in touch with us if necessary.




There is a reason our motto is “No one else makes you look so good” here at Gallagher Uniform. If we see a garment come through our facility that doesn’t pass our quality inspection, we either repair it or replace it.

  • Over 90% of all the repairs or replacements that we do are caught by our inspection team…
    not from the Service Request Cards our customers fill out.

  • Every garment that comes through our facility is inspected in 3 different areas.

  • We do our final inspection once all garments for a particular customer are hung in order –
    this allows us to grade garments against others within the same company.





Our top notch Stockroom insures you will get your order within one to two weeks – depending on when it was received.

  • Speed the order to our stockroom faster than ever with our On-Line Ordering or have your Route
    Representative place the order at delivery with their handheld computer.

  • At Gallagher Uniform, you don’t pay for your garments until you have them to wear.

  • We will send partial orders if necessary to make sure you get your uniforms as soon as possible.




We think it’s super important to chat with our customers about how things are going with our service.

  • We will review your entire account with you on a regular scheduled basis

  • We will provide you with great data and help look for better ideas, efficiencies and savings.

Gallagher Uniform is a very flat organization. The four Gallagher brothers are all hands-on, owner-operators who have created excellent teamwork throughout. Everyone in the company works together and focuses on keeping our customers happy.
