How does it work?

G-Trak employs some of the highest level technology in the uniform industry. All Gallagher garments are tagged with barcodes, making each individual piece easily identifiable at any point in the rental cycle. Whether at check-in, wash, repair, or in route, we’ll know exactly where your uniforms are, eliminating stress and incomplete deliveries. Since each bundle is scanned for completion, we can verify your delivery, improve our own inventory, and reduce your uniform program costs as a result of minimizing risk of loss charges! All great things, all accomplished with our G-Trak technology.

With G-Trak, you have control

You’ll have a primary contact and managers that you can assign to the app, giving them a username and password that allows them access to everyone’s garment information. They can also get reports, check deliveries, and find answers to their questions. And although we love to hear from our customers, we realize this isn’t always convenient, especially when you’re in a pinch!

If you’re in need of repairs, replacements, or size changes, no contacting a supervisor necessary. Through G-Trak, your employees can handle requests on their own time and directly from the app. In addition, you can view up-to-the-minute collection reports and all of your invoice details. You can also set up to receive text or email notifications, letting you know when your route rep arrives or getting delivery status updates. The G-Trak app really does do it all!
