At Gallagher Uniform, we believe the strength of any uniform rental program starts with strong communication. Whether you’re managing the account or wearing the uniform, we make it easy for you to stay informed and in control.

From your weekly delivery to garment repairs and replacements, we’ve built multiple tools and touchpoints into our approach to ensure nothing gets missed.

Your Service Team Is Always Within Reach

Route Service Representative (RSR)

Your RSR is the familiar face who arrives each week to deliver clean uniforms, pick up soiled ones, and address any immediate needs. Each RSR is equipped with a handheld device powered by G-Trak on the Go. 

That means they can:

  • Enter size changes, repair requests, or cancellations right on-site
  • Answer questions about your account
  • Update delivery preferences or program details in real time
  • Provide consistent, knowledgeable support with every visit

Route Service Supervisor (RSS)

In addition to your RSR, you’ll also have a dedicated Route Service Supervisor who oversees your program. 

This person will:

  • Serve as your main point of contact for escalated needs
  • Conduct scheduled G-Reviews to ensure your program is running smoothly
  • Visit your location regularly to gather feedback
  • Support both you and your RSR as a second layer of service

G-Trak Mobile: Uniform Management from Your Phone

For even more control, Gallagher’s G-Trak Mobile app gives you and your team full access to your Uniform Rental Program on the go.

With G-Trak Mobile, wearers can:

  • Submit size changes or repair requests
  • View what garments are in process and what’s coming next
  • Check delivery schedules and garment history
  • Stay updated without needing to contact a supervisor

Service Boards = Keep Everyone in the Loop

Gallagher Service Boards are posted at your facility to give uniform wearers easy access to key tools and contact information. Each board includes:

  • Blank Service Request Cards
  • An orientation form for new hires
  • Contact details for your RSR and RSS
  • Holiday delivery updates and reminders

If an employee needs a button repaired or has a sizing issue, they simply fill out a card and drop it off. It's an easy, paper-based way to make service requests when the app isn't available.

How Uniform Rental Works

We take the work out of workwear. With our Full-Service Uniform Rental Program, your team always has what they need, when they need it. Here’s how it works:

  • Inventory: Each wearer receives 11 total garments. Five to wear, five being cleaned, and one to wear on delivery day.
  • Pickup & Delivery: Soiled garments are picked up each week and returned clean and ready to go.
How Uniform Rental Works
  • Garment Repairs: If a button, seam, or zipper needs repair, we take care of it. No paperwork required.
  • Tracking & Inspection: We use RFID and barcode technology to track every garment and perform a 3-point inspection before delivery.

This level of detail ensures consistency across every delivery and reduces stress for your team. We handle the cleaning, repairs, tracking, and communication. You focus on your business.
