At Gallagher Uniform we understand that communication is the key to keeping our relationships moving in the right direction. Here are some of the tools we use to communicate with YOU!

Route Service Representatives

Your RSR will be at your account every week to service your rental needs.

  • Every RSR is equipped with a handheld computer, G-Trak on the Go, so that they always have the details of your account available should you have questions.
  • New orders, cancels, size changes, replacements and repairs can all be entered right on-site!
  • Your RSR is always available to take your phone call or respond to your email with their handheld computer, G-Trak on the Go!

Route Service Supervisor

A dedicated RSS will be assigned specifically to your company.

  • You will talk to the same person every time you call or email us!
  • Your RSR and RSS are in constant communication daily – this team approach helps us make sure you get the best service possible!
  • Your RSS will visit you on a routine basis to see how things look and listen to your feedback.
  • Route Service Supervisors will perform G-Reviews on a predetermined schedule.

G-Trak Mobile, Mobile App

Allows uniform wearers control of their uniforms, and up to the minute status of their garments, including:

  • Repair requests or replacements
  • Size changes
  • Garment history and what's getting delivered next
  • And more.

Service Boards

Posted on site, so we can communicate directly with uniform wearers.

  • Service Request Cards will be available for employees to fill out should they need a repair made to their garment.
  • An orientation form will be posted for new hires to learn how the uniform program works.
  • A communication flyer will display the name of your RSR and RSS, their phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Should there be a change in your delivery needed due to a holiday, we’ll be sure to post a flyer announcing the change

How Uniform Rental Works

FULL-SERVICE UNIFORM RENTAL PROGRAMS

  • Garment Processing. You wear, we clean.  We pick up your uniform garments, put them through our state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly laundry processing plant, and deliver them back looking their absolute best.
  • Uniform Repairs. We see it, we fix it. If you have a broken button, ripped pants, a small hole, a loose hem, etc, we will fix it, no questions asked. We inspect items consistently, and you’re also able to report repair needs via G-Trak.
  • Uniform Inspections. We have a 3-point inspection process to make sure that every garment we deliver looks good and consistent.  If not, it’s replaced!
  • Inventory Management. We’re on it. Barcode technology allows us to track and monitor every garment, with clear, up to the minute report availability.
