Gallagher Uniform ACE Award Winner – 2017

Every year, at our Annual Meeting, we get the chance to recognize and honor an associate who goes the extra mile to bring integrity and a positive attitude to the job daily. We do this by presenting him or her with the ACE (Associate Committed to Excellence) Award. It’s our favorite part of the of the entire event.

It’s hard to recognize just one person when so many associates have these attributes, so we implemented a company-wide nomination process – we want our team to tell us who they think is most deserving of the award.

David Walker was our 2017 ACE Award Winner – and he is a perfect example of exactly what we look for in an ACE Associate. A Route Service Representative, David is the point person for many of our Gallagher Uniform accounts. He is our “boots on the ground”, meeting with customers every week and servicing their uniform rental needs. But even more important making complete, on-time deliveries every week, David specializes in making and keeping our customers happy.

Route Service Representatives are a direct extension of Gallagher, and we rely on them to be trustworthy, professional and exhibit exemplary customer service. For over 20 years, David has been an outstanding employee, going above and beyond for the company and his customers.

Through the nomination process, co-workers were able to submit comments describing their opinion of David – and we’d like to share a few with you! (We really couldn’t have put it better ourselves.)
