Gallagher Uniform ranks highest in Customer Satisfaction!

Gallagher Uniform recently surveyed our customers through Market Measurement.  Market Measurement has managed, literally, thousands of similar customer satisfaction assessments across their 450+ clients, during the past 40 years.

Market Measurement CEO, Carl Hendrickson, reports “For a business-to-business study, the vast majority of our clients achieve “very favorable” ratings in the range of 55% – 75%.  The 77% statistic for Gallagher Uniform is among the highest ever recorded by our firm.  The percent “very favorable” for Gallagher (77%) is also “significantly” above the industrial launderer industry average.”

It was also impressive the research found that more than 90% of our customers indicated we are performing “above” or “equal to” their expectations when considering garment cleanliness (97%), overall appearance of the rental uniforms (97%), clarity and accuracy of billing (97%), repairs (95%), completeness of delivery (95%), ease and quality of communication (91%), responsiveness when you have a problem or concern (91%) and replacement policies for worn garments (92%).
