St. Patrick’s Day at Gallagher…
Of course the Gallagher family celebrates St. Patrick’s Day, and we do it in style. We like to celebrate all of the holidays at Gallagher Uniform, but on no other day will you get to hear the “Gallagher Tenors”!
This year we also invited a special guest to lead the Irish men, thank you Father Bob Creagan for joining in the fun. The Gallagher owners not only sang to everyone on March 17, they also served them lunch… corned beef sandwiches!
Mike Gallagher, now retired, prepared the corned beef just like his Mom taught him and Pat and John sliced up the meat, just as their Dad used to do. Corned beef and cabbage was a staple in the Gallagher household when the boys were young – and now the tradition is getting passed along for all of the employees at Gallagher to enjoy. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
