We were an industry leader when we introduced our clients to G-Trak years ago. We continue to improve and develop our unique, online garment tracking system, which was created with the goal of making garment tracking easier for everyone involved, not just the end-user.

We know you’re busy running your own successful company and the last thing you need to worry about is an employee who can’t perform to the best of his or her abilities because their uniform didn’t arrive on time. G-Trak keeps your employees looking their best and takes the stress out of uniform maintenance by ensuring accurate deliveries and real-time answers.

How Does G-Trak Work?

When we say an order is G-Trak Certified, it means that each employee’s uniforms have been bundled and scanned for completion. This software verifies each bundle of garments prior to delivery, ensuring accurate and complete deliveries.  It also reduces uniform program costs by minimizing the risk of loss charges and alleviates frustration that results from missing garments. Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief!

Your company’s Primary Uniform Contact will have a username and password that allows them to access everyone’s garment information. Department Managers can then access garment information relevant to their specific department.

We Made a Mobile App!

We firmly believe that our service will knock your socks off and we always have something up our sleeve. That’s why this past June we launched our G-Trak Mobile app.

G-Trak Mobile allows uniform wearers to enter their own requests for a repair, replacement or size change. They will know which garments will be delivered next and be able to view garment history, all right on their smart phone.

Uniform wearers can even sign up to get text alerts or email notifications when uniforms have been delivered. All of our Route Service Representatives are equipped with smart phones that allow them to send text messages to G-Trak Mobile users about their uniform arrivals.

This unique app is our way of simplifying the uniform delivery process – guaranteeing that employees can handle your uniform requests independently. They don’t even need to contact a supervisor, make a call to us at Gallagher or fill out a repair card in order to fulfill the request. The world of G-Trak just got easier!
