Furthermore, your company will be assigned a dedicated Route Service Supervisor (RSS), who is your point of contact alongside your RSR. Every time you call or email Gallagher, the same RSS will respond, which allows you to create a relationship based on consistency. After your first uniform delivery, you’ll see your same familiar Route Services Rep every week for freshly laundered uniforms or to stock up on supplies – it’s that easy.
